Press conference on 2018 CPhI China & HNC organized by CCCMHPIE was held on 18th April in Beijing. More than 20 media agencies, representatives from embassies of UK, US, Canada, Australia, etc. and international organizations attended the event.
Mr. Zhouhui, president of CCCMHPIE addressed an opening speech. He said, with the consistent support of global partners, CPhI & P-MEC China, HNC developed and grew stronger day by day, becoming great ways to tap into the market and connect with the potential suppliers from all over the world.
Mr. Tan Shengcai, secretary-general of CCCMHPIE analyzed 2017 import & export situations of China’s medicine products. Last year, the total value of medicines and health products exported from China reached $60.7 billion, up 9.44 percent year-on-year, which was the highest in the past five years. Tan thought growing trend on foreign trade of China’s medicine products would keep stable in 2018.
Ms. Wu Yushuang, deputy director of Exhibition Department introduced the upcoming CPhI & P-MEC China. Organized by UBM EMEA and China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Medicines & Health Products (CCCMHPIE) and co-organized by UBM Sinoexpo, the 18th CPhI China, the 6th ICSE China, and CPhI, ICSE & NEX China 2018 as well as P-MEC China 2018 will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Center on 20 - 22 June. During the show period, the organizer will also launch the “China Pharma Week”, giving dozens of influential conferences and events.
