"International Pharmaceutical Technology” Seminar Well-Received at 2011 “China and World” Medical Forum
June 22th marked the second day of the 2011 “China and World” Medical Forum. The subject “International Pharmaceutical Technology” attracted the attention of participating enterprises given the fact that the new GMP had been recently issued in China. The Forum was hosted by Mr. Zhang Zhongpeng, Deputy Director of the Technical and Service Center of CCCMHPIE.
Mr Sun Yueping, Project Technology Expert of WHO gave a speech on “WHO Pre-certification and Requirement for APIs”. According to Mr. Sun, WHO applies pre-certification to certain types of medicines, in order to ensure quality, effectiveness and safety of drugs provided to developing countries by UN agencies and international foundations like GFATM and UNITAID.
Director of the UK LGC Company and Director of the JGC Corporation also delivered speeches.
